  • The Ticket Azur, priced at 2.50 euros, allows 1 single trip on the Lignes d'Azur network and a single connection within 2h30 on an interurban Alpes-Maritimes line to leave the territory of the Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur (except lines with specific pricing*). Does not give access to parking in a Parcazur. Where to buy: Agency, ticket vending machines.
  • The 1 Airport Return ticket, priced at 10 euros, allows 1 round trip departing from and to the Airport with connections during the 74 minutes following the first validation. This ticket does not allow travel on lines with specific pricing*. Where to buy: Agency, ticket vending machines, Lignes d'Azur Tickets app.
  • The ParcAzur Loisirs, priced at 6 euros, allows parking in the Parcazur Vauban, Henri Sappia and Charles Ehrmann park-and-ride facilities. This ticket is valid from 7 pm until end of service, Monday to Friday, and from 2 pm until end of service on Saturdays and Sundays. It does not allow travel on the Lignes d'Azur network lines. Where to buy: ticket vending machines of the Parcazur Vauban, Henri Sappia and Charles Ehrmann car parks.
  • The Pass Congrès: 1 day at 7 euros / 2 days at 13 euros / 3 days at 18 euros, reserved for conference attendees, allows unlimited travel on the Lignes d'Azur network during the period defined by the ticket. This ticket does not allow travel on lines with specific pricing. Where to buy: Agency.
  • The Baggage Ticket, priced at 7 euros, allows the following items to be stowed in the hold on the Haut-Pays lines served by coaches: 2nd set of ski equipment, bicycle and 2nd bag. Where to buy: Bus.
    * Except lines with specific pricing: Bus 100% Neige.

It is an automatically renewable subscription.

Beyond the minimum 12-month commitment, you can request the free-of-charge interruption of automatic direct debits; you will then be notified of the effective end-of-validity date of your subscription.

The coverage by the employer of 50% of public-transport costs for the employee to travel from home to the workplace has been mandatory since 2009 for private-sector employees, and since 2010 for public-service agents for whom it reaches 75% (since 01/09/2023).

  • At the Nice station counter (Libération). You can buy "La Carte" there and load SOLO 1-trip, 1-round trip, Multi-Trip, 1-day Pass, 2-day Pass, and 7-day Pass tickets.
  • At the ticket machines to be installed soon at Nice station and at the Gambetta and Colomars - La Manda stops. You can recharge SOLO 1-trip, 1-round trip, Multi-Trip, 1-day, 2-day, 7-day, 14-day and 30-day Pass tickets there.
  • On all the automatic ticket machines installed at tram stations and major bus stops.
  • On your phone with the Lignes d'Azur Tickets app.
  • At Lignes d'Azur commercial agencies and mobile agencies.
  • At Lignes d'Azur resellers. New! Under 26s, General Public, Employees, Over 65s: buy and renew your annual or monthly subscription at the resellers.

You can subscribe to a subscription at several points of sale or online:

  • At a commercial agency:
    • Espace Mobilités Lignes d'Azur - 33, boulevard Dubouchage in Nice - Open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 3 pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Access by tram: Jean Médecin station.
  • At our reception points:
    • Cagnes-sur-Mer Multimodal Exchange Hub - 36 avenue de la Gare, 06800 Cagnes-sur-Mer, station forecourt in the multimodal sales area - Open Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm except public holidays.
    • CAP3000 Shopping Centre Reception (Saint-Laurent-du-Var) - Avenue Eugène Donadeï, 06700 Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Porte de la mer (1st floor) - Open only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm except public holidays.
    • Saint-Laurent-du-Var Town Hall - 222 esplanade du Levant, 06700 Saint-Laurent-du-Var - Open only on Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm except public holidays.

Every day except weekends and public holidays, mobile agencies travel throughout the Nice Côte d'Azur territory and come to you — in your town, at your workplace or at your school — to offer you all the services of a standard agency:

  • Information and documentation
  • Creation or Renewal of subscriptions
  • Sale of transport tickets

You will find the schedule in the "Mobile agencies" section of the website.

At commercial agencies:

  • Cheque (made out to: RLA Accounting Officer "Régie Ligne d'Azur" — Chèques-vacances not accepted).
  • Credit card.
  • Cash.
  • Automatic direct debit over 10 monthly instalments:
    • the first to be paid at subscription and 9 monthly instalments debited from the account.
    • Direct-debit date: the 5th of each month.
      • Annual subscription taken out during the first half of the month, direct debit on the 5th of the following month (e.g. purchase between 1 and 15 October, direct debit on 5 November).
      • Subscription taken out during the second half of the month, direct debit on the 5th of the month after (e.g. purchase between 16 and 31 October, direct debit on 5 December).
    • Direct-debit rejections: Customers can regularise their rejected direct debits at the Espace Mobilités, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm.

On buses:

  • Cash: for security reasons, travellers are asked to pay in cash and to provide the exact amount to the drivers. These provisions refer to Article L.112-5 of the Monetary and Financial Code, which specifies: "In case of payment in notes and coins, it is up to the debtor to provide the exact amount."
  • Credit cards and cheques are not accepted on buses.

Only the Solo Secours ticket is sold on board a bus at the price of 4 euros.

You can be reimbursed for the support card (2 euros) by making the request to one of our resellers.

The Formats : "Ma Carte" vs "La Carte" #

"La Carte" is rechargeable and anonymous, at the price of 2 euros (refundable). It allows the purchase and recharging of occasional tickets.

  • Where to buy it: at commercial agencies and mobile agencies, at ticket vending machines and at a Lignes d'Azur reseller.
  • Where to recharge it: at commercial agencies and mobile agencies, at ticket vending machines and at Lignes d'Azur points of sale, on the Lignes d'Azur Tickets mobile app (on Android / on iOS) and on the website, Online Agency section.

"Ma Carte" is rechargeable and personal (name + photo) at the price of 2 euros (non-refundable). It allows the purchase and recharging of occasional tickets and of all subscriptions.

  • Where to create it: at commercial agencies and mobile agencies or on the website, Online Agency section.
  • Where to recharge it: at commercial agencies and mobile agencies, at ticket vending machines, at a Lignes d'Azur reseller, on the Lignes d'Azur Tickets mobile app (on Android  / on iOS ) and on the website, Online Agency section.

The different card models have the same use and the same features.

Only the orange card is sold exclusively on board buses by drivers; it is then rechargeable and refundable like the other anonymous contactless cards.

The 2 euros correspond to the purchase of the support. "La Carte" is rechargeable and reusable.

If I no longer use it, I can return it to recover my deposit.

These new cards help preserve public spaces from the pollution generated by disposable tickets.

Go to one of our commercial agencies, mobile agencies, or to a reseller.

 Please note: it is not possible to obtain a refund for the tickets remaining on "La Carte".

 Be sure to use them all before returning your card.

It was equivalent to the new "Ma Carte" version, which is the subscription card.

These must be replaced because their technology is outdated.


The new "Ma Carte" offers you:

  • faster use
  • a more modern and practical support; more reliable and secure technology.

This exchange is entirely free of charge, with no fees.

Go to one of our Lignes d'Azur agencies to carry out this replacement. Each returned card will be recycled in an environmentally friendly approach.

Paper tickets have no longer been valid since 1 January 2024.

"La Carte" is an anonymous card.

As such, it is not possible to recover the tickets loaded on it in case of loss or theft.

Go to one of our Lignes d'Azur agencies / Mobile Agencies where we will together draw up a loss or theft declaration. This will make it possible to suspend the lost card.

A duplicate can be issued immediately upon presentation of ID, a recent passport photo, and 15 € for the replacement of the card.

You can also make the request on the website, by logging in and then in the Online Agency section > Report the loss of my card.

To check the number of trips remaining on the "Ma Carte" and "La Carte" supports, go to one of our commercial agencies or mobile agencies, to one of our resellers, on the Lignes d'Azur Tickets mobile app (on Android / on iOS), or directly on one of the ticket vending machines located on the platforms of tram stations and at certain bus stops.

Subscription Management #

It is not mandatory to be of legal age to have a ticketing account.

Case concerning the use of Lignes d'Azur Ticket:

  • You must have reached the legal age of majority and not be under guardianship or trusteeship, or have the prior consent of legal representatives.
  • Minors can create an account provided they have obtained this consent, and must tick a specific box at registration if they are under 19, under 26, or over 65, in order to benefit, where applicable, from a fare adapted to their age.

Two options are available to you:

  • Go to one of our commercial agencies.
  • Directly on your website, by filling out the contact form.

The holder of the bank account must go to one of our commercial agencies, with the new RIB and their ID.

The change of RIB must be carried out before the 15th of each month so that it is effective at the next direct debit.

What happens if my bank rejects a direct debit for the 10 interest-free instalments approved on the day of purchase of my annual contract?


You must regularise the banking incident as quickly as possible. You are liable for the value of the instalment + 15.00 € in contractual rejection-processing fees (except in case of error on the part of RLA services). Your payment can be made in 3 ways:

  • On our website www.lignesdazur.com by clicking on the drop-down menu "buy" then "Online Agency" and choosing "Pay the amount of my bank direct-debit rejection". You will need to enter the card number in place of the file number. For prompt payment, we advise you to pay us via our website.
  • By post with a cheque made out to the RLA Accounting Officer, to be sent to the Espace Mobilités, at 33 boulevard Dubouchage - 06000 Nice, clearly indicating your card number.
  • By going to the Espace Mobilités at 33, boulevard Dubouchage - 06000 Nice, from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm.

Without regularisation, the upcoming instalments are suspended and within a fortnight the contract is refused at validation.


We remind you that in accordance with the general conditions of the 10 interest-free instalments, any early interruption of an annual subscription worth more than 100€ will be subject to a revaluation according to the duration of validity. The months started and due will be brought back to the price of the monthly subscription in force, to which 10.00€ of management fees will be added, as well as any rejection fees (15.00€ per rejection). The debt will then be transferred to the Public Treasury for a final recovery attempt.

Our subscriptions do not operate on tacit renewal.

Your direct-debit schedule is issued to you on the day you subscribe to your subscription or renew it.

It can be reissued at any time at the commercial agencies or upon request by filling out the contact form.

Direct debits take place on the 5th of each month.

Yes, the subscription must be renewed each year except in the case of the unlimited formula (see Fare Guide, "Unlimited subscription formula, tacit renewal" section).

For young people under 26, general-public workers, and over-65s subject to tax, renewal can be done remotely:

  • By phone with the Lignes d'Azur Tickets app. At one of the 130 ticket machines.
  • By post.
  • At an agency.

 For other profiles, the renewal must be carried out at commercial agencies or mobile agencies.

Yes, this is possible. It is necessary to request the termination of the contract in progress of validity in order to subsequently be able to modify your subscription.

No, it is not possible to suspend a subscription.

Find the early-termination conditions according to the situations (Article 11 Early termination of the Terms of Use/Sale of transport tickets of the Régie Ligne d'Azur).

Any request can be made by post (Espace Mobilité, 33 bd Dubouchage 06000 Nice) or on the website via the "Contact us" section by filling out the contact form.

Lignes d'Azur undertakes to respond to you as soon as possible, referring to Article 3 of the general regulations of the public transport network of the Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur: the Régie Ligne d'Azur revalues the price of the subscription, according to its duration of validity, at the monthly rate in force, adding 10 € in management fees.

The validity of a subscription taken into account in the context of an early-termination request is not only linked to the last use of the transport contract but also to the date of receipt of the request by RLA services. Any month started is due.
