The mediator for the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolitan area
You can contact the Mediator of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis (NCA) if a commercial dispute with the Lignes d'Azur public transport authority could not be resolved, following a prior complaint submitted directly to the relevant services.
PLEASE NOTE: Fines do not fall under the jurisdiction of the NCA Mediator, in accordance with the mediation regulations of October 13, 2022, adopted by the Metropolitan Bureau on October 6, 2022.

Your mediation request must be as detailed as possible and include supporting documents, such as a copy of your initial complaint and any response received.
